From start to finish, Adam walked me through every step of the roof replacement process with professionalism and care. He guided me through the inspection, insurance coordination, scheduling, and installation, making what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. Adam kept me informed about timelines and materials, and his attention to detail truly stood out. The work was completed flawlessly, and the team went above and beyond—using protective nets, downspout collection bags, and other safeguards to keep my property clean and my garden beds intact. I would 100% recommend Roofs by Shiloh for any roofing project.

Honestly, there are not enough stars in the sky to rate these guys. It is hard to know who to trust these days, so this was a decision I did not make lightly. It took me a while to determine which company to go with. It became evident that this was not just another roof to these guys. They took this project to heart. They did not just "do the job" and collect the check. They put in a concerted effort to do what was right for this vintage home and for me. Aaron and Adam are amazing. I freaking love it!

He came out to give me an estimate within the hour. Adam was very professional and kept me in the loop on repair. His price seemed reasonable and after I accepted the proposal, they were here the next day. They cleaned up afterwards and left the area as they found it. Roofs by Shiloh did a great job on repair and I would recommend them for any roofing needs. He also donates 1% of payment to a charity of your choice! It's so nice to find a company you trust and feel confident will do a good job.

Eric and Adam are the best to work with. I work in the architectural field and deal with a lot of contractors. Roofs by Shiloh are one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. They care about your home and property and go above and beyond to ensure minimal impact to both during a roof replacement. They were experts and advocates in dealing with the insurance company. Personable, professional, the best out there.

A neighbor referred us and we were pleasantly surprised! Adam was awesome, calling me back within hours and coming out to do a thorough inspection of our problem - identifying other opportunities that needed to be addressed without being pushy or over stating anything. Adam stayed in close communication providing a reasonable estimate and working with us on scheduling. The project turned out a little larger than anticipated and there was no extra charge! Hopefully we don't need a roofer's services again soon - but if we do these guys will be the only ones we call!

The experience with Roofs by Shiloh has been excellent! I needed a new roof from a hail storm and they handled all aspects from start to finish.
Adam is so easy to work with and very accommodating. He coordinated everything with insurance, meeting with the insurance adjuster and sent files necessary to interact with the insurance company making everything seamless from the very first call.
Adam pays attention to details, made recommendation on shingles, colors and even made it easy by sending photos of the house with the shingle colors on it so the decision was easy. I will use Roofs by Shiloh for all of my Roofing needs. Highly recommend!
